Portland, Oregon — Autodsys (http://www.autodsys.com/ ) announced today the release of IntelliCAD® 6.1, a significant update that contains many exclusive enhancements that build on the base IntelliCAD Technology.
IntelliCAD 6.1 boosts the performance of redrawing, regenerating, and command line scrolling between 10 and 14%, while continuing to build on the monumental graphics performance enhancements of 400 to 1000% that were available in IntelliCAD 6.0 . With these enhancements IntelliCAD is now able to handle larger drawings than ever before. This update also includes the revolutionary new Audinote feature that allows users to attach voice notes to entities that can be played back for others. “This feature will be invaluable in communicating design intent to those who are attempting to understand a drawing.”, said Ronald Prepchuk, President of Autodsys.
IntelliCAD 6.1 has a Suggested Retail Price of $149 to $349 depending on features. IntelliCAD was designed to be a low cost Computer Aided Design alternative by providing DWG file support as well as support for industry standard commands, menu files, script files, shape files, text fonts, hatch patterns, linetypes, LISP programs, SDS/C++ programs, and VBA programs.
