When asked to 'Open' or 'Save'
choose 'Save' and then select a location on your hard drive.
After downloading start the installation by double-clicking on the file.
Please make sure that you don't have any other programs running as they can
interfere with installation. This is especially true of programs such as
Microsoft Outlook or anti-virus software. If
you have any questions you can post them on our user forum located at

Windows Vista Support:
After downloading right-click on the install file and select 'Run as
administrator' then follow the rest of the prompts. When running the
software for the first time also right-click on the shortcut and select 'Run as
administrator'. That will only be necessary the first time you run it.
